I have the world’s biggest sweet tooth and I’m assuming since your here, you must have one too. During my whole pregnancy, I encountered a lot of cravings and had to find creative ways to satisfy my sweet tooth with healthier treat options. In the beginning of my pregnancy, I indulged a little too much and gave fully into my cravings. Most of the time, indulging completely left me feeling either guilty or bogged/bloated or both. I decided I wanted to make a change in my dietary habits and start eating more real and whole foods. Here are three of my absolute favorite guilt-free sweet treats that I found and fell in love with.
